Registration Timeline: 

Early Bird Registration: $105 (Deadline: May 26) 

Regular Registration: $130 (May 27 - July 31)

Late Registration: $155 

Early Equipment Check: Friday evening, September 20 (see details below)

Meet Day: Saturday, September 21, 2024

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Roster & Schedule: 

LiftingCast Roster → Click here. Flights & Lot # are typically assigned based on your weight classes & divisions.

Save the link on your phone or send to family & friends, navigate to the page Menu for lifting order option during the meet.

Schedule: Meet day: September 21,2024 @ Iron Muscle & Fitness (1350 Old Morrilton Hwy, Conway, AR 72032)

> Regular Check-in with Equipment Check: 7AM. 

 - USAPL Membership card & Photo ID are required.

 - Personal Equipment Checklist → Click Here

>> Weigh-in: 7:30AM, to no later than 9:00AM (no exception). (openers & rack height are required before you go weigh-in)

>>> Lifting starts at 9:30AM, and ends around 1:30PM. Awards to follow.

 

2. NO Early Equipment Check

3. Review Rulebook. Since this is a State Championships, all lifters are expected to thoroughly understand USAPL lifting rules.

4. Rack Heights: Submit your rack heights if you already know them. All TSS racks whether old or new have the same heights. Use the same link to submit them after checking-in at the meet.

For Bench Rack Safety , please only input NUMBER.  Do not put “0”, "No" or "N/A". We will change them to the standard rack safety which are 3, 4 & 5.

5. Waiver: 

- Everyone who is in the warm-up area must either have USAPL Membership or have signed the USAPL Waiver. 
- If you have your own photographers/videographers, they must be in the audience area. 
Lifters & Coaches who violate this will be disqualified/removed from the meet.There will be zero tolerance for arguing with any staff members and you will be asked to leave.
Lifters & Coaches who violate these rules will be disqualified from the meet.

6. Guest Lifter: Since this is the Arkansas State Championships, Out-of-State lifters will be assigned under Guest Lifter Division. Detailed in our previous email below.

7.Changes or Withdraw:

- For cancellation, please visit our Cancellation Policies  & submit the cancellation form on the same website.
