I. Description:
- Date: May 25, 2025 

- Location: TSS-SATX (2518 Boardwalk St., , TX )

  • The 2025 High School Showdown is an invite only meet for the best high school lifters in the state.  We will begin sending out invites on March 26th.
  • This is a raw only meet without weight classes, where all lifters compete head-to-head using body weight coefficients for scoring.
  • $3000 in TSS gift certificates will be awarded to the top 5 males & females as follows:  $500, $400, $300, $200, $100 for 1st through 5th place respectively

- This will be a one-day, one-platform meet.

- General meet info email will be sending out around 1 month out to lifters.

II. Requirements:
- Must have a non-expired USAPL membership on meet date (2025). 
- All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.
- Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt, deadlift socks for deadlift. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.

       Early Bird (closes 04/15): $50

       Regular Registration: $75 
       

 V. Changes after signing up:

For any meet change request including weight class, division, team name, etc.. Any division(s) add or changes or add won’t be accepted within 2 weeks out from the date of the meet.
